O complexo, ainda em constru\u00e7\u00e3o, j\u00e1 opera um restaurante com op\u00e7\u00f5es gastron\u00f4micas deliciosas, m\u00fasica aos finais de semana e uma programa\u00e7\u00e3o para receber os amantes do enoturismo e da Serra Ga\u00facha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O ver\u00e3o requer refei\u00e7\u00f5es leves, que combinam com os term\u00f4metros elevados da esta\u00e7\u00e3o que se aproxima. Com a ideia de trazer ao p\u00fablico um menu diferenciado, o <strong>Bacco <\/strong>lan\u00e7a seu novo card\u00e1pio em dezembro, com destaque para peixes e frutos do mar, al\u00e9m de manter as iguarias j\u00e1 consagradas pelos h\u00f3spedes habitu\u00e9s do espa\u00e7o gastron\u00f4mico com vista para colinas e parreirais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entres as novidades do menu, Lagosta com Espaguete de Legumes; Vieiras ao Velout\u00e9 de Espumantes; Fettuccine com Frutos do Mar (Mexilh\u00e3o, An\u00e9is de Lula, Camar\u00e3o, Polvo); Til\u00e1pia acompanhada de Arroz Negro \u00e0 Primavera; Ceviche, em receitas que harmonizam muito bem com espumantes, vinhos brancos e ros\u00e9s da regi\u00e3o \u2014 conhecida por ser o maior polo vin\u00edfero brasileiro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os pratos apresentados se integram aos que j\u00e1 faziam parte da carta, estando entre os mais solicitados pelos clientes, como o Salm\u00e3o com Legumes Grelhados e Batatas Douradas da Casa; Polvo Grelhado com Tomate Confit (acompanhado de risoto de alho por\u00f3 e um toque de lim\u00e3o siciliano); o Espaguete Nero Di Seppia (com molho de espumante, camar\u00e3o grelhado e crocante de camar\u00e3o). Junto a ele, se erguer\u00e1 o primeiro resort eno experiences do Brasil \u2014 um projeto com infraestrutura completa, que re\u00fane uma\u00a0vin\u00edcola e apartamentos em sistema condo-hotel, onde o propriet\u00e1rio pode usufruir e disponibilizar ao pool de loca\u00e7\u00e3o para gerar renda.
