Fechado desde as enchentes de maio, o restaurante, inaugurado em 2021, passar\u00e1 por uma revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o completa em sua estrutura interna, com um investimento estimado em R$ 200 mil.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>A reabertura no Cais, prevista para o final de outubro, marca um importante passo na recupera\u00e7\u00e3o da cidade e do restaurante, que apesar do fechamento tempor\u00e1rio, manteve suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s de delivery pela plataforma IFood, modalidade que est\u00e1 ativa desde junho. \u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>O menu autoral da casa \u00e9 assinado pelo Chef peruano Carlos Paredes, apreciador da culin\u00e1ria sem fronteiras. Composto por op\u00e7\u00f5es cl\u00e1ssicas como sashimis, nigiris e rolls, o ISOJ aposta nas diversas vers\u00f5es de ceviche, al\u00e9m de pratos quentes tradicionais dos dois pa\u00edses, com carne vermelha, peixe ou frutos do mar, com destaque para o costel\u00e3o Nikkei.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>A identidade nikkei chega tamb\u00e9m ao mundo das sobremesas, onde cl\u00e1ssicos ganham um tra\u00e7o exclusivo da casa que eleva ainda mais o sabor. O Suspiro Nikkei, o Miso Brul\u00e9e, a Chesecake de Frutas Vermelhas e o Brownie Isoj s\u00e3o as op\u00e7\u00f5es.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Al\u00e9m das reformas no Cais Embarcadero, o ISOJ est\u00e1 em fase de expans\u00e3o com a abertura de uma nova unidade no Barra Shopping Sul.
