As bebidas, que trazem os componentes perfeitos para harmonizar com os pratos cl\u00e1ssicos da cozinha japonesa, j\u00e1 podem ser apreciadas nos restaurantes Daik\u00f4 Higien\u00f3polis e Daik\u00f4 Assun\u00e7\u00e3o, este \u00faltimo, inaugurado no in\u00edcio de agosto.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A carta apresenta dez coquet\u00e9is desenvolvidos exclusivamente para os restaurantes Daik\u00f4 e trazem elementos da gastronomia japonesa entre os ingredientes. Entre eles est\u00e3o o\u00a0Yugen, composto pelo xarope de Ponzu e molho \u00e0 base de lim\u00e3o, e seu nome significa \u201cmisterioso\u201d; O\u00a0Mono no aware\u00a0possui soda de Yuzu, uma fruta c\u00edtrica, e seu nome \u00e9 oriundo de uma express\u00e3o emocional do japon\u00eas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao meio ambiente. Baseado na convic\u00e7\u00e3o da necessidade de se co-existir com a natureza, pois dela nascemos e para ela retornaremos; J\u00e1 o\u00a0Komorebi\u00a0\u00e9 produzido com sake dourado, com aroma fresco e frutado, e seu nome traduz o exato momento que raios de sol passam pelas folhas das \u00e1rvores, capturando a beleza e serenidade desta luz natural.\u00a0O\u00a0Torii\u00a0\u00e9 produzido com Umeshu, licor de ameixa, e \u00e9 o nome de um port\u00e3o sagrado e s\u00edmbolo de respeito religioso. Por \u00faltimo, o drink\u00a0Omikuji\u00a0conta com a Umeboshi, cereja japonesa, e seu nome refere-se ao \u201cpapel da fortuna\u201d ou \u201cpapel da sorte\u201d, muito apreciado pelos japoneses e turistas.
