Durante o evento, os participantes puderam acompanhar de perto a produ\u00e7\u00e3o desta cerveja especial, que \u00e9 uma homenagem \u00e0 cultura ga\u00facha e ao 20 de setembro, data que marca a Revolu\u00e7\u00e3o Farroupilha.<\/div>\n<div>A bebida combina o estilo <b>Belgian Blond Ale<\/b>\u00a0com o sabor herbal da erva-mate. Apresenta 6,4% de teor alco\u00f3lico e 16 de IBU (International Bitterness Unit), oferecendo uma complexidade de aromas e sabores. Notas de laranja, banana e p\u00eara, com um toque sutil de cravo e noz-moscada, casam-se perfeitamente com o frescor da erva-mate, proporcionando uma bebida de alta drinkability.<\/div>\n<div><b>Uma Cerveja que Conta Hist\u00f3ria<\/b><\/div>\n<div>Mais do que uma celebra\u00e7\u00e3o ao 20 de setembro, a Mate &amp; Malte tamb\u00e9m presta homenagem \u00e0 primeira cerveja no mundo a incorporar erva-mate em sua receita, a Dado Bier Ilex, lan\u00e7ada em 2006. Embora n\u00e3o esteja mais no portf\u00f3lio da marca, a Ilex permanece como um marco de inova\u00e7\u00e3o na hist\u00f3ria cervejeira da Dado Bier.<\/div>\n<div>A nova produ\u00e7\u00e3o colaborativa resgata essa heran\u00e7a, agora com a parceria da Baldo, a maior exportadora de erva-mate do Brasil.
