O evento gastron\u00f4mico tem a curadoria de Fernanda Guimar\u00e3es e acontece at\u00e9 6 de dezembro no Shopping Iguatemi Porto Alegre (Av. Jo\u00e3o Wallig, 1800). Estiveram presentes imprensa, formadores de opini\u00e3o e influenciadores.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>De boas-vindas foi servido flan umami, com espuma de milho e p\u00f3 de porcini. De entrada, um crocante de polenta, camar\u00e3o, com creme de milho, glace de frango e botarga, al\u00e9m de mexilh\u00e3o, lardo de porco preto, beurre blanc Delta do Jacu\u00ed e la yu. De prato principal foram servidos sapateira, com salsa de huancaina, crocante de alga e \u00f3leo de coentro. Al\u00e9m de um plin de castel\u00e3o defumado, da Best Beef, milho tostado, favas e caldo de costela. Para limpar o paladar, queijo Casa da Ovelha e mel MBee. De sobremesa, biscoito de am\u00eandoas, com ganache de castanha de buti\u00e1, gel de buti\u00e1, servido com gelato de iogurte e merengue e Ovo Entremet, da Dots Chocolaterie. E para encerrar, um delicioso ch\u00e1 da TeaShop.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Este ano, com o novo endere\u00e7o, no Shopping Iguatemi Porto Alegre, os arquitetos residentes Xen Grivicich e Isabel Macedo buscaram inspira\u00e7\u00e3o nas linhas curvas do local para deixar a experi\u00eancia sensorial mais divertida aos convidados. O espa\u00e7o tem sobriedade, eleg\u00e2ncia e ousadia na medida, demonstrando a expertise da dupla de arquitetos.
