Em 2014, passando por um infort\u00fanio, decidiu afastar-se desse mercado e realizar outro sonho: ser&nbsp;Chef de Cozinha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em novembro, Porto Alegre foi palco de um evento gastron\u00f4mico inesquec\u00edvel, no Golden Lake, reunindo o melhor da alta gastronomia mundial. Com a presen\u00e7a de tr\u00eas renomados chefs detentores de duas estrelas Michelin, o encontro foi marcado por uma verdadeira celebra\u00e7\u00e3o de sabores, criatividade e excel\u00eancia culin\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marcelo Salem foi escolhido como o Chef Residente do evento, um momento de enorme realiza\u00e7\u00e3o profissional e pessoal. \u201cFoi uma oportunidade \u00fanica de estar lado a lado com alguns dos maiores nomes da gastronomia internacional, compartilhando ideias, aprendendo novas t\u00e9cnicas e, principalmente, oferecendo ao p\u00fablico uma experi\u00eancia gastron\u00f4mica memor\u00e1vel\u201d, relata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cChef residente \u00e9 o que prepara todos os pratos que<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ser\u00e3o servidos nos jantares e os chefs s\u00f3 chegam, aprovam e v\u00e3o tirar fotos e interagir com o p\u00fablico.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Marcelo Salem<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo Salem, cada prato apresentado foi pensado para refletir uma harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o perfeita entre ingredientes locais e influ\u00eancias globais, criando uma narrativa de sabores que cativou a todos os presentes. A intera\u00e7\u00e3o com os chefs convidados permitiu explorar novas perspectivas e consolidar Porto Alegre como um destino relevante no cen\u00e1rio gastron\u00f4mico. \u201cO <a>evento no Golden Lake<\/a> refor\u00e7ou o poder da gastronomia em unir culturas e criar momentos inesquec\u00edveis.
