O seman\u00e1rio televisivo, que refor\u00e7a a cultura do churrasco com entretenimento e informa\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade, agora ser\u00e1 exibido aos s\u00e1bados, \u00e0s 12h30min, no SBT.<\/div>\n<div>Com dire\u00e7\u00e3o de Ant\u00f4nio Costaguta, o El Topador, e Clayton Yukio e apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de Ant\u00f4nio Costaguta, o programa estreia no novo hor\u00e1rio neste s\u00e1bado, dia <span dir=\"ltr\">8 de fevereiro<\/span>. Dentre os destaques, a estreia do quadro Mateando com El Topador, num divertido bate-papo com o <b>violonista e compositor brasileiro<\/b> <b>Yamandu Costa gravado no Teatro S\u00e3o Pedro. <\/b>O programa promete envolver ainda mais os espectadores com quadros variados e criativos. O novo hor\u00e1rio semanal representa mais um marco na hist\u00f3ria de El Topador, consolidando-se como refer\u00eancia no entretenimento gastron\u00f4mico e cultural para todos os p\u00fablicos.<\/div>\n<div><b>Um pouco de hist\u00f3ria<\/b><\/div>\n<div>A estreia do programa na grade do SBT aconteceu em novembro de 2021. As grava\u00e7\u00f5es eram realizadas no Ref\u00fagio El Topador, uma esp\u00e9cie de rancho localizado na Vila Assun\u00e7\u00e3o, zona sul de Porto Alegre, utilizado para proporcionar experi\u00eancias ao redor do fogo. De propriedade do falecido escritor e letrista S\u00e9rgio Napp, o espa\u00e7o, por onde j\u00e1 passaram expoentes ga\u00fachos como M\u00e1rio Quintana e Elis Regina, pulsa m\u00fasica, cultura, poesia e, agora, o fogo e a cultura do assado.<\/div>\n<div>Natural de Santana do Livramento\/RS, divisa do Brasil com o Uruguai, o mestre parrillero traz da fam\u00edlia um pouco desta origem do \u201cGa\u00facho\u201d, unindo o amor e a cultura das duas p\u00e1trias. Fez desta tradi\u00e7\u00e3o do mundo rural e campeiro a sua ess\u00eancia, se especializando na cultura do assado e do fogo.\u00a0Formado em Publicidade e Propaganda pela ESPM, tem sobretudo um olhar rom\u00e2ntico e buc\u00f3lico da vida do ga\u00facho e do nativismo. Andou por pa\u00edses como Uruguai e Argentina.
