Para a temporada, o card\u00e1pio apresenta novidades que v\u00e3o desde entradas aos pratos principais. Entre os belisquetes, destaque para o Xixo do Mar, espetinho de camar\u00e3o, lula, abobrinha e cebola roxa, finalizado com molho oriental (R$ 29), e o Tartar de Atum, cortado na faca, com gema perfeita, alcaparras, cebola roxa, picles de pepino e ciboulette, mostarda dijon e chips crocante de arroz (R$ 79). Na parrilla, as boas novas s\u00e3o a Picanha Lote9 (500g \u2013 R$ 179) e o Vazio Lote9 (600g \u2013 R$ 159).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A programa\u00e7\u00e3o cultural do 20 Bali Hai tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 com a vibe renovada. Todos os s\u00e1bados, o Sessions\/9, evento de curadoria musical em parceria com as lojas Renner, acontece no deck do restaurante, das 19h <span dir=\"ltr\">\u00e0s 23h<\/span>, trazendo o melhor da m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Outros atrativos do menu<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Do mar, as op\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o o Salm\u00e3o a La Plancha, salm\u00e3o grelhado e servido com molho da casa com wasabi, br\u00f3colis e cebola roxa (R$ 99); e o Peixe na Brasa, peixe do dia levemente defumado, ideal para duas pessoas (R$ 219). O Manda Brasa \u00e9 potente e marcante, com cacha\u00e7a Carvalho e Cabreuva, xarope de gengibre, suco de lim\u00e3o e carv\u00e3o em p\u00f3 ativado (R$ 39). E o Sente a Brisa traz um toque tropical com cacha\u00e7a Amburana, polpa de maracuj\u00e1 e suco de lim\u00e3o (R$ 35).
