No dia 21 de setembro, das 12h \u00e0s 16h, o restaurante de Canela convida o p\u00fablico para um almo\u00e7o ao ar livre que une tradi\u00e7\u00e3o, m\u00fasica e alta gastronomia.<\/div>\n<div>A proposta mant\u00e9m o formato all inclusive para comidas, com bebidas alc\u00f3olicas vendidas \u00e0 parte: entradas diversas, hamb\u00fargueres, chorip\u00e1n, carnes premium de Los Galtchos na parrilla, acompanhamentos especiais, pit smoker, fogo de ch\u00e3o e um balc\u00e3o de doces para encerrar a experi\u00eancia com afeto. A \u00e1gua (com e sem g\u00e1s) e os refrigerantes (normal e zero) est\u00e3o inclu\u00eddos no valor do ingresso, de R$ 199,90.<\/div>\n<div>Quem assina as carnes da festa \u00e9 a premiada Del Los Galtchos, refer\u00eancia em prote\u00edna de excel\u00eancia. O evento acontece no novo espa\u00e7o de fogo do restaurante, lan\u00e7ado recentemente ap\u00f3s um investimento de R$ 1 milh\u00e3o. S\u00e3o 200m\u00b2 dedicados \u00e0 cozinha de fogo, com equipamentos de ponta como parrillas Largrill, pit smokers, varais de legumes, espetos de cordeiro e term\u00f4metros digitais importados, que controlam simultaneamente at\u00e9 quatro cortes com precis\u00e3o milim\u00e9trica.<\/div>\n<div><b>M\u00fasica ao vivo com Mari Junges<\/b><\/div>\n<div>A trilha sonora da tarde fica por conta da cantora e compositora Mari Junges, que leva ao p\u00e1tio do Capullo seu repert\u00f3rio marcado por jazz, delicadeza e sonoridades contempor\u00e2neas. Mezzo-soprano, Mari iniciou sua carreira aos 9 anos e j\u00e1 se apresentou em palcos como Fenadoce, Bar Opini\u00e3o, Theatro S\u00e3o Pedro, Teatro \u00d3pera de Arame e TV Globo, onde venceu o quadro<i>Caldeirola<\/i>.
