O POA Bistr\u00f4 promover\u00e1 o Jantar a Quatro M\u00e3os, que vai reunir dois talentos da cozinha sulista: Lucas Castilhos, chef do Hilton Porto Alegre, e a convidada especial Arika Messa, finalista do programa Chef de Alto N\u00edvel, da TV Globo. Com um menu autoral inspirado nas ra\u00edzes da culin\u00e1ria ga\u00facha e executado com t\u00e9cnicas contempor\u00e2neasjantar promete uma verdadeira viagem sensorial por diferentes territ\u00f3rios do Rio Grande do Sul \u2014 do litoral \u00e0 serra.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\"><span class=\"highlight\"><span class=\"colour\">A noite come\u00e7a com um couvert criativo em forma de t\u00e1bua regional, que traz toast de cuca com ragu de cordeiro e pesto de agri\u00e3o; polenta brustolada com creme de queijo colonial e geleia de tomate; e rosbife de picanha ao poivre servido com maionese de aipim. Na sequ\u00eancia, os chefs apresentam tr\u00eas pratos que traduzem, com originalidade, diferentes paisagens do Rio Grande do Sul.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\"><span class=\"highlight\"><span class=\"colour\">A entrada \u201cPelo Litoral\u201d combina moranga caboti\u00e1 defumada, camar\u00e3o flambado na cacha\u00e7a marisqueira, crocante de lingui\u00e7a de cordeiro salineiro e azeite verde c\u00edtrico. O prato principal, \u201cPelos Campos\u201d, traz costela 12 horas ao molho demi glace de buti\u00e1, acompanhada de pur\u00ea de cogumelo Porcini e alho negro, al\u00e9m de vegetais org\u00e2nicos tostados na manteiga artesanal.
